During February 2017 the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) will be out and about, hearing from patients and their families for #FeedbackFebruary.
We are encouraging all patients, carers and relatives to tell us about their experiences with Somerset Partnership. The PALS Team are doing extra visits along with Governors who have volunteered to be ‘PALS Champions’ for the month, so we will be visiting every ward and site over the month, kick starting with a Time to Talk Coffee Morning at Bridgwater Community Hospital on Thursday 2 February 2017.
Why is feedback important?
Feedback means we can develop and improve our services with help from our patients and their carers! We listen to real views, real stories and real experiences. Positive feedback lets us know when we are doing it right and encourages us all. Everyone loves to hear a ‘Thank you!’
We’ll be tweeting and publicising the feedback we receive, and compiling a Feedback February report at the end of the month, summarising what we’ve heard.
How can you get involved?
Give us your feedback! Tell us what you like – or how we can do things better. If a staff member has gone the extra mile, please let us know, so that we can say thank you to them. If a service is good, tell us what you think makes it special.
