Staff win national award for continence care

Congratulations to Catherine Weller and Somerset Partnership’s Continence and Ambulatory Care Teams for winning the ‘Commissioning for high quality continence care’ at the National Continence Care Awards.  The award was given for working with Somerset  Clinical Commissioning Group to provide a safe, effective and responsive continence service for patients with catheters in the ambulatory care units. 

Liz Berry, Senior Nurse for Clinical Practice (pictured on the left) and Catherine Weller,  Operational Manager for Continence, Leg Ulcer and Telehealth (pictured middle) attended the award ceremony at the House of Commons on the 13 April. The award was presented by Glyn Davies MP (pictured right).
