Wellington Community Hospital has 11 inpatient beds.  There is a team of doctors, nurses and therapists who support patients during their hospital stay and who deliver personalised care in line with an agreed care plan.

The hospital has one ward, Wellington Ward. The Trust complies with the Government's requirement to eliminate mixed-sex accommodation. While it is possible that there may be both men and women patients on the ward, they will not share the sleeping area.
