Williton Community Hospital has 16 inpatient beds, 6 of which are for specialist stroke rehabilitation*.  A team of doctors, nurses and therapists provides a personalised care plan to support you during your hospital stay to help you achieve your rehabilitation goals.  Palliative Care patients are looked after in our dedicated single room and your family are welcome to use our ensuite bed-sitting room for overnight stays or quiet time.  

* With effect from 25 September 2017 the hospital will temporarily have an additional 6 specialist stroke rehabilitation beds open to admissions.

The hospital has one ward, Meadow Ward. The Trust complies with the Government's requirement to eliminate mixed-sex accommodation. While it is possible that there may be both men and women patients on the ward, they will not share the sleeping area. Directions

From Taunton (A358): Straight over the mini-roundabout on entering Williton centre towards Bridgwater.

From Minehead (A39): Turn left at the mini-roundabout on entering Williton centre towards Bridgwater.

Follow the road through the village past the Shell garage on your right. Just after the Co-op food store turn left into North Street. Follow this road past the Masons Arms public house on your right and just after the Fire Station on your left turn towards Williton Hospital. There is free parking outside the hospital for visitor use.
