Paediatric Weight Management

These webpages have been designed to provide information to support children aged 0 to 18 years to manage their weight.

From February 2017, children referred for paediatric dietetic weight management advice will be sent self-help, age appropriate resources along with website links to access additional information. Parents/carers will be directed to contact Zing Somerset on the following website for advice on how to encourage their child to be more active, for information on local activities and to find out what is happening around healthy eating for families and children in their area. Alternatively the family can contact the hub directly on 0800 412 5502 / 01460 238254 or email with their contact details.
