The Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Publication Scheme is designed to sign post individuals to information we proactively release as and when it becomes available. This information is made available in the Who we are and What we do sections of this website.

What we spend and how we spend it

A table of all payments is published every month on the What we spend page.

What are our priorities and how we are doing

We publish this information in Our VisionBoard Papers and Our Performance sections of this website.

How we make decisions

This information is published in our Board Papers and Annual Reports.  

Our policies and procedures

All Trust Policies and Procedures are published on this Trust website.

Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information is a complete guide to the information routinely published by Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. It is a description of the information about our Trust, which we make publicly available.

Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's disclosure log lists our responses to requests made under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 and Environment Information Regulations (EIR) 2004.

Lists and registers

The Trust holds a Register of Directors Interests and this is updated at every Board meeting. You can view the Register by accessing our Board Papers.

Services we offer

Information about Our Services and how to access them is available on this Trust website.

At present, all the information we proactively release is available free of charge on our website. If in the future, we make information available but do not publish it on our website we will update this publication scheme to explain how you can access it. We will also explain any charges that may be necessary.
