On the day you will have the opportunity to chat with senior managers from our different Mental Health Services along with newly qualified staff that have completed our Preceptorship programme. You will then be offered the chance to have an interview. If successful you will be offered a position on our Preceptorship programme.
The Trust welcomes newly qualified staff joining the team and will pay their registration for the first year that they are with the Trust.
