The Human Resources Directorate provides a fully comprehensive Human Resources service to the Trust, covering a wide remit which includes employee relations, organisational development, recruitment and selection, wellbeing of the workforce, change management, learning and development and workforce planning.

The department’s model of HR services is one that is flexible, professional and responsive to the changing needs of the organisation and the wider healthcare environment. The HR team adopts a business partnering and coaching approach with our managers and employees to deliver excellence in people management and processes, which help support the objectives of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
